Daniel reviews The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon, the first book in its series published in 2013. The Bone Season is an interesting novel combining the dystopian with the supernatural and straddling the line between YA and adult-oriented fiction in some ways while conforming to typical YA conventions in others.
